DURA CO., LTD.
DURA CO., LTD. was established in 2010. It was founded by Guangzhou Pleased Grinding Media Co., Ltd., which introduced technologies, equipment and talents from Germany and South Korea, and combined with its own 10 years of technical accumulation to establish a production base in China.
The company has established cutting-edge dripping & rolling process with core technology and independent property rights in China, and is the first manufacturer in China that simultaneously produces ceramic grinding media by dripping and rolling method. Thanks to the advantages of using domestically produced zirconia powder and rare earth materials, as well as the sufficient orders which have improved and optimized the production technology, the advanced nature of the process has been ensured. The main products are ceria stabilized zirconia bead, yttria stabilized zirconia bead, Alumina Toughened Zirconia(ATZ) bead, Zirconia Toughened Alumina(ZTA) beads, zirconium silicate bead, silicon nitride beads and tungsten carbide and other high-grade grinding media Durabeads®, suitable for efficient dispersion and grinding of various pastes and powders in sand mills. The Micro Size Tungsten Carbide Bead was first Shown in Battery Fair.
The micro sizes with 0.2mm, 0.3mm tungsten carbide beads were shown first in the battery show in Tokyo. The highest density with 14.5g/cc, hardness with 1500kgf/mm2 and the crushing strength with 1000Mpa improves sharply efficiency for grinding the high viscosity and hardness material to the nano meter.
