DURA-39 Zirconia Toughened Alumina (ZTA) ball was formed from the ultra fine alumina powder that toughened by nano zirconium silicate. It combines the benefits of the high hardness of alumina and the excellent toughness of the zirconium silicate, which deliver outstdanding cost performance to disperseand grind the hard and brasive ores.
Applications:
—Metallic minerals industry: copper concentrate, lead/zinc, silver, and platinum tailing.
—Non-metallic minerals: ZrSiO4, Kaolin, CaCO3 and SiO2.
Specialty:
—Low sliding friction coefficient results in high energy efficiency;
