Ceria Stabilized Zirconium Oxide Beads DURA-62
lDescription:
Ceria-stabilized Tetragonal Zirconia Polycristal (Ce-TZP) bead DURA-62 is made with state-of-the-art dropping and rolling method. The 20% cerium oxide rare earth contributes to the highest density of zirconium oxide series beads. The uniform gloss working surface results from consistent zirconia polycristal, which is the guarantee of lower bead and energy consumption. It is recommended to grind the high hardness and viscosity slurry in high energy density bead mills.
lApplications:
—Pigments: metallic pigment, dark color organic pigments;
—High viscous pastes: offset printing ink, adhesive and ceramic slurries;
—White filler and coatings: titanium dioxide, Ground Calcium Carbonate (GCC) and Kaolin;
—Metal minerails: gold, platinum, silver and lead/zinc.
lSpecialty:
—Highest specific gravity: improve grinding efficiency and decrease beads floating in the mills;
—Uniform glazed spherical surface on duty: save grinding energy, avoid wear and tear of beads and internal parts of mill.
—Matching mills: high intensive energy horizontal mills and slim vertical mills.
